The discount applies automatically to every full-priced item, in every boutique and online.
TIER OVERVIEW
How the tiers work.
Your discount is based on your total spend within the calendar year. The more you shop, the more you save.
R0 to R10 000
Bronze
3% off every full-priced item.
Your first purchase earns you Bronze, regardless of the amount you spend. The saving starts immediately.
R10 000 to R50 000
Silver
5% off every full-priced item.
Once your total spend reaches R10 000, you move to Silver and your discount increases from your next purchase.
R50 000 to R100 000
Gold
7% off every full-priced item.
Reach R50 000 in total spend and you move to Gold. The discount increases again, immediately.
R100 000 and above
Platinum
10% off every full-priced item.

HOW THE ANNUAL RESET WORKS
A fresh start, with your tier preserved.
Every year on 1 January, your spending balance resets to R0. Your tier from the previous year carries over, so you begin January with the same discount rate you earned. To keep that tier, your spending across the new year needs to match your total from the year before.
Your discount starts with your next purchase.
Royalty card terms and conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Your Royalty discount applies to full-priced, non-promotional items only. It cannot be used in conjunction with any sale or promotional offer, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- As a Royalty member, you'll receive notifications about exclusive promotions, tier upgrades, and in-store events via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email.
- Your spending balance resets to R0 on 1 January each year. Your tier from the previous year carries forward. To maintain your tier, your total spend for the new year must be equivalent to your total spend from the previous year.
- Rosella reserves the right to update the programme terms. Members will be notified of any changes.
USING YOUR DISCOUNT
- Your discount can be used at any Rosella boutique across South Africa.
- Present your Royalty card to your style advisor when paying. The discount will be applied automatically to every qualifying item in your purchase.
- As a member, you may also receive advance notice of promotions and exclusive opportunities available only to Royalty cardholders.
EARNING YOUR DISCOUNT
- Your Royalty card is valid at any Rosella boutique.
- Present your card or give your telephone number at the till. Your style advisor will scan your card when your payment is processed.
- Only one card may be presented per purchase. Cards are non-transferable and may not be shared.
- Promotional and sale items do not qualify for the Royalty discount.
